Personal Flatbreads
Yes, pizza is camp food. This super easy personal flatbread recipe is the perfect companion when you’re looking for some doughy, cheesy goodness at the campsite.
The best part is that you can personalize it however you want. Extra cheese? Yes please. Peppers? Pepper it up! Pineapple? …you do you. However you choose to make it is the right way. Be sure to check out our vegan option that is so mm-mm good. Get your stretchy pants ready!
For the regular pizza:
- 1 regular or cauliflower flatbread for pizza crust (6 inch)
- Spread 3-5 Tbsp pizza sauce onto the crust
- Add 3-5 slices of prosciutto
- Add 3 slices of pear evenly distributed
- Cover with shredded mozzarella
- Top with arugula
For the vegan pizza:
- 1 vegan flatbread for pizza crust (6 inch)
- Spread desired amount of pizza sauce
- Add 3-5 spinach leaves
- Evenly distribute 5-6 baby bella mushrooms
- Top with dairy-free cheese
- Garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes
Grill for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted, cover if necessary.
