Once we receive your return, we’ll process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 1-2 business days. Sorry, but Eureka! is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Contact the Eureka! Customer Service Department at 800-572-8822 to explain the need to return your product and receive a Return Authorization number. Products cannot be returned without advanced approval. Return authorization do not imply credit. Any returned item that is not deemed to be Eureka!’s responsibility may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (for unused products). If the product has been used, there may be a credit adjustment based on the condition of the returned product.
