First (1st) Quality Discontinued
All good things must come to an end; but for you that means a deal! At the end of every season some models or colors are discontinued. Sometimes we still have inventory - we’ll offer them up here, on sale!
Second (2nd) Quality: A-Class New
A-Class Seconds are new; but they’ve been returned and are no longer in their original packaging. We still inspect them to make sure that all pieces and parts are there before boxing them up and offering them on the Outlet at a great price!
Second (2nd) Quality: B-Class Used
B-Class Seconds are warranty returns where an imperfection was found. B-Class Seconds typically show slight wear or dirt. Imperfections can be visible or invisible. Visible imperfections include, but aren’t limited to, a cosmetic blemish, zipper replacement or patch. Invisible imperfections include things like a re-stitched seam or replaced clip-buckle-web-frame part. B-Class Seconds have been inspected, repaired as needed, then repackaged with all parts. They’re fully functional and ready for your next adventure!
Warranty
First Quality product carries our limited life of product warranty. A-Class and B-Class Seconds have a limited 1-year warranty.
Returns
These products fall under our standard return policy.
Payment Issues
Payment Issues may cause cancellation of your “Seconds” order. Inventory is not held when an order goes into credit check status. In the case of Seconds, where stock is limited, the product you ordered may auto-allocate to another order and will require us to cancel your order. TO AVOID ORDER CANCELLATION it’s critical that you enter all payment information accurately at the time you place your order.
- Typical errors, outside of credit limit, that lead to holds include:
- Incorrect billing address (must match your credit card which may be different than shipping address)
- Missing expiration date or CCV codes
- Expiration date has passed
- Credit card number entered incorrectly
- If there is an issue, you will receive an email advising you that ‘your Eureka! order needs your attention.’ A link is provided for you to correct this information or to enter an alternative payment method.
- We apologize if the product you ordered is no longer available at the time this is resolved. If this happens, we automatically cancel your order, and will notify you promptly via email.
