Steak and Egg Hash

Cook up something satisfying for your whole crew on your next camping trip. This steak and egg hash will fill up every hungry belly with a mouth-watering mix of steak, potatoes, eggs, feta cheese, peppers, and chives, and leave everyone wanting more. Let’s dig in!

Ingredients
  • 1Tbsp olive oil 
  • ½ onion
  • ½ bell pepper 
  • 1 Cup defrosted, pre-cooked potatoes.
  • ½ pound diced steak
  • Salt
  • Pepper 
  • 5 eggs
  • Chives
  • Feta Cheese
Steps:
  1. Place butane fuel canister in SPRK Camp Stove and ignite. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, ½ of an onion and ½ of a pepper (diced), cook for 3 minutes. 
  2. Add 1 cup of defrosted pre-cooked potatoes and cook for 3 more minutes. Then, add ½ pound of diced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 more minutes
  3. Next, add 5 eggs, then cover with tin foil and cook for 3 minutes. 
  4. Finally, add 1 handful of chives and feta cheese. Enjoy!
